Private vs. Non-Private Events
Private Spa Parties are events for groups of 8 or more, that are closed to the public during and/or after business hours.
Non-Private Spa Party events are held during normal business hours and still open to the public.

Reservation Request
Once you have submitted your reservation request for your group of 5 or more, one of our knowledgeable and friendly GLOSS events coordinator will connect with you
to confirm within 48 hours. The request for a group reservation does not automatically secure your event.

Note: your event reservation is not complete until you have received confirmation from one of our associates and provided a credit card to hold your deposit.

Reservation Confirmation
We do require a credit card on file to reserve your event. Your card will be charged $25 per guest with a deposit minimum of $125. Your deposit will be credited towards services rendered the day of your event.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your confirmed reservation, please contact us 7 days prior to the date of your event. Events that are cancelled less than 7 days from the date of the reservation will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellation of your reservation less than 72 hours from the date of your event will result in the forfeit of your deposit and the credit card on file will be charged the full amount for all services.
Guests that no-show, reduce services during their appointment and/or cancel less than seven days before the event will forfeit their $25 deposit.

Arrival/Late Arrival
We encourage you and your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to park your car, set up decorations (if any) and settle in.
We do understand that life happens, in the event you are late, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee the availability of the scheduled services, however, we will do our very best toaccommodate you on the day of your reservation. If we provide an abbreviated service due to your late arrival, you will be charged for your originally scheduled service.
It is the responsibility of the host to communicate these rules to all guests to ensure a smooth and successful event.

Spa Atmosphere
Private events that are scheduled may bring decorations, music and hor’deourves since the event is closed to the public.
Non-Private events may bring limited decorations.
