I am a commercial photographer in Iceland. This job is retouching a shoot I did for a local sportswear brand. 

We have done a few shoots before and they are planning to do a shoot like this around 4 times a year. 

I might also use your service for other commercial jobs. Usually I deliver 5-20 photos per job, but this one is a kind of look book so its different.

I have here a link to a folder with 3 raw files and 4 images before/after images from this shoot that I have retouched. There is also a screen grab video where I scroll over all files selected by client.
They are 379 images, so a lot.



What I am looking for a subtle but significant enhancement on the images.
- Matching background tone. (does not need to be exactly the same, just very similar tone and brightness to my attached retouched files.
- clean up on background (was freshly painted so its not much there)
- clean up on clothes, removing noticeable white dust and such.
- retouch on models faces, they have good skin for the most part but brightening eyes a little bit and softening under eye area and other things to approve appearance.
- Subtle Liquify in some instances, to improve shape of models and clothes.



Around half of the images are just of pants/shorts (no face) and the other half contains models face.


If you are interested I want to ask you to work on maybe 2 of the raw files to show me as well as a price for this job.

Just for clarity I will ask 1-2 other retouchers for examples as this is very important part of delivering quality work to my clients.

This could also become an ongoing arrangement for many other upcoming jobs.
