Sometimes, a single broken or malformed tooth can ruin the show! In that case, we recommend placing a single tooth implant to recover your lost smile. The implanting process takes several months, but in return, you get a permanent artificial tooth. The implant specialist will operate you under local anesthesia to surgically open the gum at the site of the missing tooth.

All remnants of the old tooth are removed, and a titanium implant is placed there by drilling a hole in the jaw bone. After that, the gum is stitched back and is given the time to heal and osseointegration to take place. This can take up to six months. Then the implant is exposed, and an abutment is added to it. Finally, a custom artificial tooth made of porcelain, called the crown, is attached to this abutment to complete the procedure.
